Aesthetically much more pleasing than silver fillings, white coloured fillings provide a more natural appearance, though for larger fillings we may recommend a porcelain inlay for added strength.

Many patients now opt to have their old silver amalgam fillings changed to white fillings, improving the overall appearance of their smile.  This simple procedure is always carried out in a safe and controlled manner to reduce exposure to the mercury present within silver fillings.
